Salisbury Steak And Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 c. italian bread crumbs
flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
Preparation

Mix ground beef, onion soup mix, egg, Worcestershire sauce and bread crumbs together. Form into patties. Flour patties lightly and place in electric skillet on 300 to 350 degrees for 20 minutes; drain fat. Mix mushroom soup with milk. Pour over patties; simmer 10 minutes.
