Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. carrot, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. flour
1 head broccoli, cooked and chopped
1 c. chicken broth
3 c. milk
2 c. (8 oz.) cheese, shredded
Preparation

Saute vegetables in butter until tender.
Stir in flour.
Cook until smooth.
Stir in broth.
Bring to boil; stir in milk.
Add broccoli; heat to simmer.
Add cheese; stir until melted and hot. Serves 4.
