Rancho Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 or 2 Tbsp. brown sugar to taste
2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans
1 can kidney beans
Preparation

Cook onions in oil.
Brown hamburger and drain. Put these into your crock-pot or a large casserole. Add other ingredients. Turn crock-pot to low and cook for at least 3 hours or more. If you are using a casserole, bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour. Stir occasionally.
