Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. raw cranberries
2 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) boxes red Jell-O
1 c. hot water
2 (9 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
1 orange, ground in blender
chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Grind cranberries in blender or food processor.
Mix all ingredients and let set overnight.
Can be made ahead and frozen.
