Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. water
2 1/2 lb. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onions or 2 tsp. minced onions
1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. half and half cream
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water and 1/2 c. flour (for thickening)
Preparation

Bring water to a boil.
Add broccoli and onions.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add cheese.
When melted, add half and half and milk. Stir flour and water together.
Add to thicken soup.
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to your taste.
Do not boil.
