Red Velvet Cake(With Cream Cheese Frosting) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. plain or cake flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 (1 oz.) bottles red food coloring
Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation

Sift flour, soda, salt and cocoa together in one bowl.
In another bowl, mix sugar, buttermilk, oil, eggs, vanilla, vinegar and food coloring together.
Add flour mixture to sugar mixture; mix well.
Beat at low speed until well blended, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes; pour into 3 greased and floured 8 or 9-inch round pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks.
