Creole Jambalaya(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of garlic powder
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    pepper to taste
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 c. desired meat or seafood
Preparation
    In 3-quart dish, put oil and yellow onion.
    Microwave on High for 4 minutes.
    Add green onions and green pepper.
    Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
    Add water, chicken cubes, parsley, salt, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Kitchen Bouquet and pepper.
    Microwave on High for about 3 or 4 minutes or until water starts to boil.
    Add rice and meat or seafood.
    Stir and cover with lid or plastic wrap (preferably with lid) and microwave on 50% Power for 12 minutes more, covered.
    Let stand about 8 to 10 minutes.
