Double Nut Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 egg
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 c. sliced almonds, divided
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease baking sheets.
    Combine cake mix, melted butter and egg in a large bowl.
    Beat at low speed with electric mixer until just blended.
    Stir in chocolate chips, pecans and 1/4 cup almonds.
    Shape rounded tablespoonfuls dough into balls.
    Place remaining 3/4 cup almonds in shallow bowl. Press top of cookie in almonds.
    Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets.
    Remove to cooling racks.
    Cool completely.
    Store in airtight container.
