Georgia Cracker Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Sleeve of Saltine Crackers
    1 Large Tomato, Finely Chopped (1/2 Canned, Drained)
    1 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
    2 Hard Cooked Eggs, Finely Chopped
    Salt
    Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
    In medium size bowl, coarsely crush the crackers with your hands - you should have big cracker pieces.
    Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and serve immediately.
    Season to taste, with salt and pepper.
    Can be made ahead but add crackers last so they don't get soggy.
