Ingredients

1 1/2 c. raspberries
1 1/2 c. strawberries
1 c. blueberries, picked over and rinsed and drained
1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell, cooled
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 (4 serving size) pkg. strawberry flavored Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip nondairy whipped topping
Preparation

In large bowl mix berries.
Pour into prepared pastry shell. In medium saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch.
Gradually add water and stir until smooth.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
Cool to room temperature.
