Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. water
    3 to 4 slices chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (13 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 cans kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown onion and meat.
    Remove excess grease.
    Add tomato sauce, beans (drained), water and seasoning.
    Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 35 minutes or until mixture thickens.
