Cheese Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. cheddar cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 c. chopped pecans
    paprika
Preparation
    Grate all cheese and let stand until room temp. Add the rest of the ingredients, except paprika. Mix well with hands. Form in to logs about 2-inches in diameter and 6-8 inches long. Roll in paprika. Be sure to cover well. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill overnight. Slice and serve with Ritz crackers. Freezes well.
