Quick Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. milk
2 c. xxxx sugar
Preparation

Melt butter or oleo in saucepan and add brown sugar.
Cook until blended, stirring constantly.
Cool slightly; add milk and beat until smooth.
Add xxxx sugar gradually until right consistency to spread.
May add more sugar, if needed.
Makes a very creamy caramel frosting which never gets hard as it is used.
