Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 chopped garlic
    4 Tbsp. oil
    4 c. water
    salt as desired
Preparation
    Heat up pan.
    Add oil to the pan.
    Put in rice and stir frequently.
    When rice is lightly toasted, add tomato sauce and stir.
    Add 4 cups water.
    Let it boil on low heat for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Add garlic to rice when boiling.
    When rice is done, cover and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
