Cornmeal Mush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 c. water
    2 1/2 qt. water
    1 3/4 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix in a bowl cornmeal and 2 cups water and set aside.
    Bring to a boil 2 1/2 quarts water in a saucepan.
    Add the cornmeal mixture.
    Boil 3/4 to 1 hour.
    Add salt and let boil a few minutes longer.
