Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. Williams sausage (hot or mild)
    1/3 to 1/2 meat loaf dry seasoning mix
    1 egg
    7 to 10 crackers, crumbled
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine ground beef and sausage. Add dry mix, egg, crackers and milk. Pat loaf to desired thickness. Coat bottom of oblong pan with vegetable oil or Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until done.
