Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned with 1 onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans water
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder (optional)
    1 tsp. sage
    1 or 2 stalks celery
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until slightly brown on edges or liquids are taken up.
