Raisin Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Mix all together ingredients as given.
    Blend well.
    Pour into buttered baking dish (2-quart capacity).
    Bake in preheated oven. Stir pudding when baking is half done.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    No cover.
