Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp, halved
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1/2 lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    small amount Blue cheese
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 clove garlic, chopped
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute celery, pepper, garlic and onion in butter.
    Mix shrimp, soup, parsley, lemon juice, salt and Blue cheese.
    Add all together.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Cover with Swiss cheese and paprika.
    Cook 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
