Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. claw or regular crab meat
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. celery seed
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. melted butter or cooking oil
dash of hot sauce or 1 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
-
Mix well and pack into crab shells.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour.
Serve hot or cold.
