Grisanti'S Italian Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. leaf spinach, cooked according to directions and drained
    4 oz. olive oil
    2 or 3 buds garlic
    2 eggs
    4 oz. Romano cheese or Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Scoop
    out
    tomatoes;
    salt
    inside slightly and chill. Fill with chopped celery, parboiled green peppers, parsley and artichoke hearts, well mixed with mayonnaise to which a little cream has been
    added.
    Chill
    and\tserve
    with
    fish
    or as a salad.
