Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned slightly
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of garlic salt
    2 c. tomato juice
    4 cans red kidney beans
Preparation
    Simmer the first six ingredients for 45 minutes; add beans. Continue to simmer for another 30 minutes.
