Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh brisket (first cut best)
    liquid smoke
    meat tenderizer
    garlic salt
    onion salt
    celery salt
    salt and pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Pour liquid smoke over brisket.
    Rub on all sides.
    Mix meat tenderizer, garlic salt, onion salt and celery salt.
    (Use twice as much onion salt as each of others.)
    Sprinkle on meat.
    Cover with foil.
    Place in fridge overnight.
    When ready to bake, sprinkle with salt and pepper and a little Worcestershire sauce. Bake covered for about 5 hours at 275\u00b0.
    Uncover meat.
    Pour barbecue sauce over meat.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Good without sauce.
    Can use sauce for reheating.
