Ham Chippers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick pie crust mix
    1 c. potato chips, crushed
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. chopped canned pimento
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust, using package directions.
    Spread crushed potato chips on well-floured surface.
    Roll pastry over chips about 1/8 inch thick.
    Cut into 2 1/4-inch rounds.
    Fit into about 24 muffin cups.
    Prick each with fork and chill at least 15 minutes.
