Cleta'S 7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    1 c. diced celery
    4 boiled eggs, diced
    1 1/2 c. red or green onions
    1 box frozen peas (uncooked)
    8 slices bacon (fried and crumbled)
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Using 9 x 13-inch pan, layer lettuce, celery, eggs, onions, peas and bacon in order.
    Mix mayo and sugar.
    Spread over bacon layer.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Refrigerate 8 hours.
