Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.)
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Toss together lightly.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle over the top 1 large can of Chinese fried noodles (5 ounces).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly hot.
    Serves 8 to 10.
