Scalloped Potatoes And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 slices baked ham
2 c. sliced potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
salt and pepper
thyme
Preparation

Put potatoes
and
onion
in
a greased casserole dish. Put ham slices\ton
top to cover potatoes.
In a saucepan melt butter. Blend
in\tflour
and
1/4 teaspoon salt.\tStir.
Add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Pour over ham and potatoes.
Sprinkle with thyme.
Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
