Glazed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. peach or apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1 Tbsp. beef-flavored instant bouillon
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 1/2 lb. pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    In medium saucepan, combine preserves, dressing, bouillon and onion.
    Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves.
    Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
    Coat with flour.
    Fry in small amount of oil until golden brown.
    Drain.
    Arrange in shallow baking dish.
    Spoon sauce evenly over chops.
    Bake 20 minutes or until hot.
