Pork Tenderloin With Raspberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut crosswise
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
    fresh raspberries (optional)
    cayenne pepper to taste
    6 Tbsp. raspberry preserves
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Lightly sprinkle medallions with pepper.
    Heat butter in heavy skillet over medium-high heat; brown quickly in butter, turning once, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
    Do not overcook.
    Combine remaining ingredients except fruits in small saucepan and simmer 3 minutes.
    Serve medallions garnished with sauce and fruits.
