Cucumber Soup (Hot Or Cold) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green onions chopped
    1 small white onion chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 chicken bouillon cubes (or chicken stock)
    3 cups boiling water
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    3 medium potatoes, diced
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    dash tabasco
    1-2 (or more) cucumbers - seeded and chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter for 5 minutes.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in warm water and add all remaining veggies.
    Cook over low heat until potatoes are tender.
    Run through blender to puree.
