Amazin Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 c. chopped, peeled apples
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Preparation

Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) round baking pans.
In large mixer bowl, with mixer on low speed, beat first 10 ingredients for 2 minutes, scraping bowl often.
Stir in apples, raisins and nuts. Pour into pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
Remove and cool. Fill and frost with 2 cups whipped cream.
