Cheesy Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium baking potatoes
    seasoned salt
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    vegetable oil
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes thoroughly and rub skins with oil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Allow potatoes to cool to touch. Cut in halves lengthwise; carefully scoop out pulp leaving 1/4 to 1/8-inch shell.
    Pulp may be used for mashed potatoes or reserved for another recipe.
