Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) prebaked pie shell
    1 (18 oz.) jar salt-free peanut butter
    1 c. cream cheese
    1 c. superfine granulated sugar
    1 1/2 c. melted semi-sweet chocolate
    2 tsp. unsalted butter
Preparation
    Prepare pie shell (if using pre-baked, do nothing other than thaw).
    Whip cream cheese and sugar together until fluffy.
    Slowly fold peanut butter into cream cheese and sugar mixture (see note). Melt chocolate over double boiler with butter.
    Brush inside edges of pie shell with chocolate.
    Let chill for 1/2 hour in refrigerator.
