Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix flour with eggs. Add butter. Stir in sugar and salt. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
Fry on greased griddle about 1 minute on each side.
If batter is thin, the pancakes will be thin.
