Best Ever Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. beef broth
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 slices French bread
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat broiler. Saut onions in butter until soft and translucent. Lightly stir in flour. Heat beef and chicken broth. Add onions, salt and pepper to the hot broth; cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Ladle soup into six ovenproof soup bowls. Place a round of bread on top of broth. Sprinkle bread with combined cheeses. Place soup bowls on a cookie sheet and broil until cheese bubbles.
