Basic Creole Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (No. 10) cans whole peeled tomatoes
5 c. diced celery
5 c. diced onion
6 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped parsley
3 oz. Crystal hot sauce
3 tsp. Tony's seafood seasoning
4 large bay leaves
Preparation

Empty tomatoes in large heavy pan and crush by hand.
Combine all ingredients and simmer for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally.
Yields approximately 3 gallons.
Freezes well.
