Saucepan Scotchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
In saucepan, melt butter; remove from heat.
Add sugar and blend.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Stir in vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt; mix well.
Add nuts; stir lightly to combine.
Pour into greased pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
