Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Melt chocolate over hot water; add water slowly, stirring until smooth.
Add sugar and corn syrup.
Boil together to 235\u00b0 or until syrup makes a soft ball tried in water.
Remove from heat at once.
Cool slightly; add milk, stirring.
Add vanilla and salt. For ice cream.
