Hard-Boiled Egg Cookies(Great Way To Use Easter Eggs.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. flour, sifted
    2 hard-boiled egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream the butter.
    Separately, press egg yolk through a sieve; they will appear grated.
    Cream egg yolks and sugar into the butter.
    Add sifted flour and flavoring.
    Put through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes about 40 cookies.
