Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large stalk broccoli
    1 1/2 c. red grapes
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds (salted)
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
    1/3 c. bacon, fried crisply and cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Cut broccoli flowerets into small pieces, cutting off all stalk.
    Add all ingredients, except mayonnaise, juice and sugar. Mix these 3 until sugar is dissolved.
    Add this 1 hour before serving.
    Just before serving, add bacon in.
    Calories in whole salad is 1600.
