Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. or 1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. water
    1 c. buttermilk or skim milk
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour (approximately)
    5 tsp. or 2 pkg. dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. wheat germ
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. lite salt
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    In a pan, heat margarine, milk and water to 120\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, 2 cups of all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, yeast and wheat germ.
    Add warm liquid to dry ingredients. Add egg and beat 3 minutes in mixer.
    Add the rest of the flour, slowly, until the mixture is not sticky.
    It should be tacky.
