"Quickie" Chocolate Mousse Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 graham cracker crusts (store-bought or homemade)
    1 large pkg. chocolate instant pudding
    1 1/2 c. cold milk
    2 tubs Cool Whip
    3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
    1 oz. Kahlua (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare graham cracker crust or use ready-made.
    In a bowl, mix the chocolate pudding and cold milk with hand mixer for 3 minutes. Add 1 tub Cool Whip; mix until well blended.
    Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional) and hand mix.
    Add Kahlua (optional) and mix well. Pour into pie crusts.
    Top with remaining Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle tops with 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional).
    Chill 1 to 2 hours. Slice.
    Serve cold.
    Makes 2 pies, serving 6 to 8 each.
