Honey-Baked Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe but firm bananas
    2 tsp. melted margarine
    1/4 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Cut bananas in half crosswise. Brush with margarine. Arrange in a shallow dish. Combine honey and orange juice in a small bowl. Mix well and pour over bananas. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake for 15 minutes. Serves 8.
