Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

1 c. flour
3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla until crumbly.
Press half of crumbs into a greased baking dish. Add the diced rhubarb.
Combine the sugar, cornstarch, water and 1 teaspoon vanilla and cook until thick and clear.
Pour over rhubarb.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
