Easy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1 (16 oz.) can peas and carrots, drained
    1 hard-boiled egg, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour; stir until smooth.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add broth and milk.
    Cook over medium heat; keep stirring until thickened and bubbling.
    Stir in next 6 ingredients.
    Pour chicken mixture into deep 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with flaky pastry; cut slits.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
