Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cored and diced avocados
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. garlic
    5 Tbsp. salsa
    1/2 diced tomato
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. minced onion or 1/4 diced whole onion
Preparation
    Mash together with a fork: avocados, salad oil, garlic, salsa, tomato, lemon juice and onion.
    Chill for 1 hour and serve with tortilla chips.
