Easy Dinner Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
1 (8 oz.) can small whole onions, drained
2 c. cut up chicken or turkey
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems, undrained
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Rinse frozen peas and carrots under cold running water to separate.
Drain.
Mix peas, carrots and remaining ingredients except chips in ungreased 2-quart casserole or square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.
Sprinkle with chips.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven until hot and bubbly, 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
