Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 diced white onion
    6 oz. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
    6 oz. jar sliced mushrooms with juice
    1 can beef consomme (not bouillon)
    1 can water
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until translucent.
    Add rice and cook lightly.
    Add mushrooms and juice, consomme and water.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Pour in casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
