Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, chopped
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat oil, eggs and sugar until creamy.
    Add zucchini, pineapple and vanilla to creamy mixture.
    Sift flour and other dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Add raisins and nuts.
    Makes 2 large loaves and 1 small loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done; test with toothpick.
