Ingredients

vegetable cooking spray
1 Tbsp. salt, divided
3 oz. angel hair pasta
3 large eggs
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
pepper to taste
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
parsley or watercress

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray 2 miniature muffin pans (approximately 1-inch cups, 12 per pan) with cooking spray.
